In the Aeronautic field, the term Wildlife Strike indicates the violent impact between aircraft and bird. This type of accidents can have more or less serious consequences, from environmental damage to aircraft damage with consequent dangerous flight conditions and major economic damage.
It is known, as shown by the statistics, that the risk of collision between birds and aircraft is a problem of absolute importance, regulated and monitored by the companies involved in the management of the airports.
It has been established that in most cases, the collision takes place during take-off and landing and therefore in the surrounding or internal areas of the airports, an ideal habitat for many species of birds.
To avoid the installation of flocks of birds in the air terminal in order to minimize the risk of accidents, it is necessary to make the areas inhospitable to the birds through the use of methods aimed at removal and anti-intrusion.
The Gallura Disinfestazioni performs interventions aimed at the volatile removal in any type of structure, from airports to residential homes.
The first phase of our intervention consists of an inspection in which the type of pest, the level of infestation and the areas to be treated are analyzed.
